Rooted in the Community

At Modern Heating & Plumbing Co., we believe that being a local business means more than just providing quality heating and plumbing services. It means being an active, engaged part of the community we serve. Based in Gurnee, IL, and serving surrounding areas, our team is proud to live, work, and give back right here at home. Our commitment to the community is woven into everything we do—because to us, our customers aren’t just clients, they’re neighbors.

We’re dedicated to strengthening the places we live in by supporting meaningful local initiatives and building genuine relationships with those around us.

About Us

Supporting Local Youth

One of the most rewarding aspects of our community involvement has been the opportunity to support local youth activities. We were proud to sponsor children's dirt bike racing teams—a unique and inspiring sport that encourages kids to develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork.

Seeing young riders pursue their passions and grow through friendly competition reminded us of the importance of investing in the next generation. It’s experiences like these that drive our passion for giving back and reinforcing a strong, connected community.

Building a Better Future—Together

We’re incredibly grateful for the support our company has received over the years, and we believe in paying that support forward. Whether through local sponsorships, event participation, or new initiatives, we’re always exploring ways to give back and uplift the community that has given us so much.

At Modern Heating & Plumbing Co., community involvement isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are. We’re committed to making a difference today, and to helping build a stronger, more connected future for everyone.
